1. What we collect

Nothing. Helord Studios does not collect, receive, store, sell or share any personal data or usage data from Stealth. On the App Store, Stealth is labelled Data Not Collected.

2. What stays on your iPhone

Everything you create in Stealth is processed and stored only on your iPhone, encrypted with AES-256-GCM using a key kept in the iOS Keychain:

• chats, memories, and files you import or share into Stealth
• photos and live-camera frames you ask about
• recordings, their transcripts and summaries
• anything Stealth reads from your calendar or reminders to answer you

Answers are generated on the device by Apple Intelligence (Apple's on-device model) or by an open model you download. Speech is transcribed by Apple's on-device speech recognition.

3. Permissions

Each permission is optional, asked for only when you use the feature, and used only for it. None of this data leaves your iPhone.

• Microphone and speech recognition: voice mode and the recorder.
• Camera: photos and the live camera.
• Location (while using the app): the Field Kit's coordinates, compass, and sunrise and sunset times.
• Calendars and Reminders: adding the events and reminders you confirm, and answering questions about your schedule.
• Alarms: timers you ask for.
• Face ID: the optional app lock. Stealth never sees your face data; iOS only tells it whether unlocking succeeded.

4. Network use

Stealth works offline. It connects to the internet only when you choose to download an AI model or knowledge pack, from Hugging Face (huggingface.co and its download servers). These requests contain the name of the file and standard technical information such as your IP address, which Hugging Face's servers receive as any web server does (see the Hugging Face privacy policy). They contain nothing you wrote or stored. The app's Network ledger lists every request ever made, with the bytes sent and received.

Links you tap to open outside the app (for example, a Wikipedia article's history) open in your browser and are governed by that site's policy.

5. Sharing into Stealth

Items you share from other apps are encrypted by the share extension for the app before they're saved, and imported into your encrypted vault the next time you open Stealth. Stealth never opens shared links.

6. Backups

If you use encrypted iPhone backups, your Stealth data is included so a restored iPhone can read it. Downloaded models are excluded from backups.

7. Deleting your data

System › Erase everything permanently deletes all chats, memories, files and recordings. Deleting the app removes everything too. Since we hold none of your data, there is nothing for us to delete on our side.

8. Children

Stealth is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone, including children.

9. Changes

If Stealth ever changes how it handles data, we'll update this page and the effective date before the change ships.
